Do you have what it takes to become the next top model? Be the Next Big Thing! Transforming Ilocanos/Ilocanas
into supermodels as they battle it out for a coveted modeling contract. Along
with the advocacy of enhancing the Ilocano Talent and Skills, BURN Productions
in cooperation with Robinsons Mall, Ilocos Norte is launching an event titled
LIBNOS: THE ILOCANO MODEL PROJECT 2012.
This event is the first of its kind in the Ilocandia, which
targets to discover the Ilocano's potential in print and ramp modeling, and to
provide an opportunity for aspiring Ilocanos/Ilocanas in enhancing their talent
and skills necessary to be recognized in the fashion industry. Also, it intends
to establish our own unique brand of models, to promote the Ilocano beauty, and
to secure our identity in the highly -competitive world of fashion.
Further, the event will cater to the aspiring male and female models in Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur however, not limited to pure Ilocanos (i.e. mixed races so long as there is existence and proof of Ilocano heritage). Moreover, the contest will include series of workshops, photo shoots and runway competitions mentored by credible and knowledgeable personalities. Models will be subjected to weekly eliminations for the entire month of September at Robinson's Ilocos Norte.
